Equipment Sourcing, Layout & Commissioning

There are so many equipment companies to choose from these days, deciding on the best fit for your specific project needs can be daunting. Talley Fermentations can review equipment bids, assess your location and production goals and tailor the entire process for success.

Determining where to place the brewhouse, fermentation vessels, cellar tanks, packaging equipment, keg storage, barrel racks, cleaning supplies and more can also be an intimidating task, especially if new to the industry. This package would include assistance in equipment selection, design and layout of all equipment and commissioning of your brewery.

If necessary, a representative of Talley Fermentations can fly to the brewery site, receive the equipment, help organize off loading, rigging, installation, water brew and the first real brew. It would include, but not be limited to, any phone calls, texts and emails that needed to be placed ahead of time, prior to the trip. The flight and housing would be provided by the brewery.

Knowing how to build a successful team and establish an amazing brewery culture from the inception is pivotal. An exhaustive search for the best suitable brewer would be conducted, involving phone interviews and a thorough vetting process to find the best candidate for the team. Finding the correct brewer can easily be done virtually and via the telephone.
